She was predeceased by : her parents, Jerry Simmons and Monica Simmons; and her brothers, Ryan Chapman and Jason Wilson. She is survived by : her daughters, Kaitlyn Reed and Samantha Reed of Rising Sun, IN; her adoptive mother Jean Tanksley; her sisters, Rachel Golden and Alisa Vrable; and her close friend Mark Pierce (Tim Reed).

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home (219 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001).
