He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dobson and Mayoma Dobson (Ritchie); his wife Ilene Patrick; his grandson Crofus Dobson; and his sister Girlie Brill.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie Dobson (Melissa) of Corunna; his grandchildren, Bryce Dobson, Myles Dobson, Caitlin Hyde and Arianna Marti; and his siblings, Mable Beber (Don) of Auburn, Pauline Krider (Gary) of Coldwater and Charlie Dobson (Staci) of Auburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
