He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Gibson and Nola Gibson (Mullins); and his siblings, Gladys Hurst, Ocie Spriggs, Helen Hall, Willie Gibson, Nellus Gibson, Willis Gibson, Garland Gibson and Raymond Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy Gibson of Auburn; his daughter Monie (Paul Muscello); and his grandson Paul Muscello, II of Fort Wayne.
