He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore W. Sr. Weaver and Margaret J. Weaver; and his brothers, James, Robert and Richard Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cassie Barron (John) of Auburn, IN, Mandi Sanders (James) of Columbia City, IN, Dawn Weaver (Janette Kauffman) of Frankfort, IN and Darlene Jones (Tony) of Claypool, IN; and his sister Marie France (Lloyd) of Butler, IN.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Knights of Columbus or the Tri-State Station in Fremont, IN.
