He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Allen and Lila Allen (Erwin). He is survived by: his wife Molly Allen (Wheaton); his children, Amanda Peet (Tom), Tyler Allen (Ashley) and Carli Allen; his grandson Benson; his sister Sandy Allen; and his pet Addie.
