Cullen Satterthwaite and Tania Fox; and his grandchildren, Teah Aldred-Ash (Aaron), Ian Aldred, Samuel I. Satterthwaite, Leira Satterthwaite, Kayla Fox and Nicholas Fox.

Memorials may be made to St. Joe United Methodist Church Youth and Children's Programs or Shriners Children's Hospital.
