She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Genevieve Smith (Pulston); her husband Roy Shank; and her sister Pauline Castleman. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Bill Basinger of Waterloo; her children, Sandy Marti of Garrett and Robert; her daughter-in-law Bernice Steller of Auburn; her son Merle; her daughter-in-law Lynn Steller of Auburn; her daughters, Peggy Jenkins of Auburn and Penny Wooster of Auburn; her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Elsie Smith of Kendallville.
