She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Miller and Phyllis Miller; and her daughter Sheryl Vance. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Sprunger (Jessica) of New Haven and Sam Sprunger (Brienne) of Bluffton, Ohio; and her siblings, Ed Miller (Becky) of Ligonier, Dave Miller of Spencerville, William "Mike" Miller of Angola and Carol Cohee (Byron) of Peru. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Butler Public Library, reflecting Rosemary's love for reading and community service.
