(Jeff Bell); her grandchildren, Adam Shipe, Nicole Robarge (Andrew), Alicia Carter (John), Bobby Fox (Elizabeth Mausker), Victoria Shipe and Christa Shipe; her great grandchildren, Callen Robarge, Luke Robarge, Evan Robarge, Nora Robarge, Quinn Carter, Brooks Carter and Rhett Shipe; and her brother Richard M. Rowe.
