She is survived by: her mother Linda Spears of Luna Pier, Michigan; her husband Mitchell Ely of Auburn; her stepchildren, Kenneth Ely of Fort Wayne and Shelby Ely of Waterloo; her sister Kelly Douglas (Phil) of Oregon, Ohio; and her mother-in-law Shirley Ely of Waterloo.
