He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Slaybaugh and Theodessa Slaybaugh; and his sister Audrey Keller. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Aldrich; his daughter Ann Case; his son-in-law Bill Case of Fort Wayne; his daughter Cathy Slaybaugh; and his grandchildren, Robert Reppert, Matthew Reppert (Jamuna), Mark Reppert, Jenny McClain (Jeremy), Mindy Gordon (Lane) and Daniel Case (Kate). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Northpoint Community Church or Cystic Fibrosis.
