She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Shoudel and Genevieve Shoudel (Smith); her husbands, Maxwell Accounting and Fred Maxwell; her son Robert Maxwell; and her brother Wilford Shoudel.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Maxwell of Auburn and Charles Maxwell (Destini Rellos).

Memorial donations may be given to Masses.
