He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Powell (Luttman); and his stepfather William Powell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Morningstar of Auburn; his children, Netha Diane Morningstar (Shawn Wells) of Kendallville and William Charles Morningstar of Columbia Station, Ohio; and his granddaughter Lexie LaLone of Kendallville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Auburn Elks Lodge #1978 (311 E 9th St, Auburn, IN 46706). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
