It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hurd of Auburn, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hurd Sr. and Dorothy Hurd (Geistwite); his wife Sharon Hurd; and his siblings, Wanda Myers, Beulah Miller, Charles Hurd Jr. and Ronald Hurd.

He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Hurd (Sandy) of Garrett, David Hurd of Garrett and Norma Combs (Darwin) of Auburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
