He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy F. Reade (Huff) and Chris H. Sr. Reade; his son Mike Reade; and his brother Chris H. Reade, Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline J. Minnick; his wife Jackie Reade of Auburn, IN; his children, Christine Schrock of Clinton, IA and Tom Reade (Jody) of South Bend, IN; and his daughter-in-law Kris Reade of Wolcottville, IN.
