He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. "Beanie" Shull and Margaret J. Shull (Foote); and his brother Jim Foote. He is survived by: his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Dawn Shull of Garrett; his daughter Amanda Oberlin of Corunna; and his grandchildren, Kayla Shull, Haylee Shull, Blake Oberlin and Michael Huber.

Memorials may be directed to Community Care Food Pantry in Garrett.
