He is survived by: his wife Jessica Ann Flotow; his father Kirk Allen; his stepmother Vickie Schurr of Garrett; his mother Kathy Jean Schurr (Hornett) of Auburn; his sister Cortney Schurr (Matthew Egnor) of Avilla; his nephews, Bradynn Roby and Kohen White; his niece Aaralyn Egnor; his parents-in-law, Joel Flotow Sr. of Francesville, Indiana and Brenda Jacobs of Garrett; his grandmother Patricia E. Hornett of Auburn; and his pets, Lilly, Brutus and Rain. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
