He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blevins and Marge Blevins; his wife Edna Blevins; his children, Kathie Chastain and Jason Blevins; and his brothers, James Blevins, Richard Blevins and Jerry Blevins.
He is survived by: his children, Lana Ott of Wexford, PA, Amy Van Horn of Auburn, IN and Steven Blevins of Auburn, IN; his sister Barbara Phillips of Auburn, IN; and his grandson Alex Ott.
