He was predeceased by: his sister Rylee Mikel Jacquay; his aunt Meghan Sarrazine; his uncle Aries Jacquay; and his great-grandparents, Josephine, Llewellyn McRoden, Marilyn Sarrazine, William, Joyce Jacquay, Robert and Darlene Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, Chancellor R. C. and Andrea M. Jacquay (Sarrazine) of Auburn, IN; his siblings, Delaney, Trinity Jacquay and Carter Jacquay; his grandparents, Kenneth, Diane Jacquay, Douglas and Eileen Sarrazine; his great-grandparents, Leo and Marion Sarrazine; and his aunts and uncles, Zachary (Melissa Sarrazine), Patrick (Danielle Schortgen), Nicholas (Kaitlyn Sarrazine), Joshua Sarrazine, Kirby (Brad Portwood), Kaylee Jacquay, Marcalee (Michael Schall), Jadea Freed, Skylar (Autumn Jacquay), Quinnlin Jacquay, Lansing (Meghan Jacquay), Dukotti Jacquay and Major Jacquay.
