He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis K Dillman and Hilda A Dillman (Sebring); his wife Mildred L Ridgeway (Grogg); his stepdaughters, Rebecca Cain and Linda Hahn; his stepchildren-in-law, Ened Hartz and Richard Roberts; his stepgrandsons, Richard Roberts and Reed Albright; and his brother Willis K "Bud" Dillman.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Stephen E Hartz of Spencerville, Paula Roberts of St. Joe, Diane Woodworth (Gene) of Waterloo, John M. Zuercher (Cathy) of Columbus, OH and Hope Harper; and his sister-in-law Joanna B Dillman of Frazeyburg. He is also survived by 13 step grandchildren, 24 step great grandchildren.
