He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne S Shumaker and Mary Francis Shumaker (Dickson); his sister Sandra McCormick; and his niece Angelia Harpenau. He is survived by: his daughter Krysten Shumaker of Garrett; his grandson Hunter Thacker of Garrett; his brothers, Daniel Shumaker of Angola, Dennis Shumaker (Priscilla) of Spring Branch and Mark Shumaker of Fort Myers; and his nephew Darrin Harpenau of Angola.
In lieu of flowers the family askes that memorials be given in memory of Keith to the DeKalb High School Athletic Department or the American Cancer Society.
