He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Pinkerton and Doris M. Pinkerton (Reynolds); his wife Dorothea "Rusty" Pinkerton; and his sister Linda Colbart. He is survived by: his children, Kerri Hatton (James) of Garrett, IN, Christy Pinkerton of Auburn, IN and Donald "Donny" Pinkerton (Deana) of Auburn, IN; his siblings, DeWayne Pinkerton of Medford, OR, Phil Pinkerton of Auburn, IN, Alvin Pinkerton of Waterloo, IN and Carol Forbes of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Amber, Destiny, Devin, Kody, Andrew, Mia, Tylor and Brynn. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
