She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiatt Chaffins and Helen Chaffins (Bradley); and her siblings, David Chaffins, Larry Chaffins, Clinton Chaffins, Jerry Chaffins, Johnny Chaffins, Trudy Kirk, Charlotte Fogel and Betty Reed.
She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Kaduk of Auburn; her children, Charles P. Kaduk (Greta Sirois) of Fort Wayne and Tracey Rittenberg (David Athey) of Albion, Indiana; her grandchildren, Brandon Rittenberg, Alex Rittenberg and Dahra Sirois; her siblings, Burneda Howard of Hindman and Vada Dangler of Angola, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Sara Chaffins of Auburn, Indiana..
