He was predeceased by: his father Cornelius "Neil" Bolinger. He is survived by: his mother Meriam Bolinger (Johnson) of Frankfort, Indiana; his wife Beth Bolinger of Auburn, Indiana; his stepsons, Matthew Unglesbee of Davenport and Charles Unglesbee of Davenport, Iowa; and his siblings, Linda Law (Joe) of Montana, Susan Bulin (Dave) of Greentown, Mark Bolinger (Chizuko) of Houston and Matthew Bolinger (Debbie) of Beaver, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
