She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gilbert and Claire Kathryn Gilbert (Dicks); her stepmother Carolyn Gilbert; and her siblings, Wanda Gilbert and David Gilbert.
She is survived by: her husband John Petre of Auburn; her daughter Amanda; her children-in-law, Neil Woodruff of Roanoke, Dawn Petre of Auburn, Greg Zehner of Auburn, Jeremy Streb of Kendallville and Bill Powell of Auburn; her grandsons, Connor Woodruff and Gavin Woodruff; her stepgrandchildren, Mataya Buck, Kelia Viecelli, Dylan Johnson, Kaydan Bowen, Bodie Bowen, Rhett Zehner, Crew Zehner, Swayzee Zehner, Jordy Zehner, Reagan Roberts, Melony Roberts, Vanessa Roberts and Charley Streb; her brother Jim; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Gilbert of Corunna.
