He is survived by: his son Skylar McCormick of Fort Wayne; his parents, Larry R. McCormick and Roxanne McCormick (Nodine) of Ocala, Florida; his siblings, Mike McCormick (Robin) of Albion, Gary McCormick (Linda) of North Manchester, Michele Thrash of Shubert, Carmyn Huff (Dwight) of Auburn, Amber McCormick of Clermont, Ashlee Rodriguez (Chris) of West Unity and Stephanie Brown of Charleston; his uncle Ron McCormick (Marlyn) of Angola; and his aunt Rita Arnold (Bill) of Angola. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
