She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Fugate and Opal Fugate (Banks); her siblings, Rudell Fugate, John Fugate, Beatrice McPherson, Helen Voirol, Viola Clair and Mary Maggert; and her brother-in-law Ed Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Zack O. Rhodes (Dawn) of Garrett, Colleen K. Rhodes-Butterfield (James Butterfield) of Auburn and Lester W. Rhodes II (Heather Perry) of Garrett; her sister Joyce Cook of Kentucky; and her brothers-in-law, Chris Voirol of Butler, Christopher McPherson of Auburn and David Clair of Ohio. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
