He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Dean and Catherine Lucille Elmore (Pycke). He is survived by: his spouse Tracie Hargan; his daughter Meagan Black (Kenny); his brothers, Marvin Dean Elmore Jr. (Linda) and Mark A. Elmore; his grandson Evan Black; and his stepgrandsons, Alex, Zach, Koby and Brayden Black.

Masks and social distancing are still encouraged to visitors attending the services.
