With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven E. Spansell in Attica, Indiana, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on January 8, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Malvern Erroll and Frances Louise Spansell (Bell). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Serie Spansell (Smith); his grandchildren, Major Hall, Jeniece Hall, Reed Horton, Max Spansell, Isabella Spansell, Lainie Serie, Kailey Serie and Kylee Irwin; and his siblings, Peggy Hollon, Greg Spansell (Karen), Carolyn Vaughn (Mark), Mark Spansell (Michelle) and Martha Pellico (Brent). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family has asked that all attendees coming to the funeral home wear masks and keep social distancing.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Area Sharing Kindness (ASK) Food Pantry.
