He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Gerald and Mary Lucille Bowers (Wesley); and his grandson Grady. He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" K. Powers; his children, Mandy Purcell (Roy), Amy Isbell and Joseph "Joey" Bowers; and his sisters, Betty Bowers of Kramer and Bonnie Clinton of Kramer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
