He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wiggins and R. Louise Wiggins (Pearson). He is survived by: his wife Patty G. Foust (Morgan); his children, Scott Wiggins (Paula) of Greencastle, IN, Tracey Wagner of Ionia, MI, Joe Foust of Cascade, ID and Andy Foust (Rachel); his sister Sharon D. Hartman (Bill); his grandchildren, Bryce, Brent, Faith Wiggins, Katy Gilliland (Zac), Kyle Slaughter, Kayla Reppert, Alisha Hayden and Kourtney Dewey; and his great grandchildren, Tate, Brody Bradshaw, Gage Gilliland and Carter Hayden.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic a private family service will be held at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, with burial to follow in the Independence Cemetery, Independence, IN.
