He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant McNeely and Marie Elizabeth McNeely (Hays); and his sister Donna McNeely. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Ann Caldwell; his children, Melissa Matthews (Phil) of Federal Way, WA, Jessica Harvey (Andrew) and Brian McNeely of Lynnwood, WA; his grandchildren, Mercedes Reyes, Brandon Carnahan (Brittany) and Patrick; his great grandchild Lily May Carnahan; and his sisters, Patricia Sawyer (Richard) of Alexandria, VA, Linda Pavol of Phoenix, AZ and Debbie Adams (Ricky).
