She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Guy and Alta Iola Hanselman (Olmstead); her husband Leonard M. Swanson; her grandson Andrew "Drew" Swanson; her great grandchild Isabella Swanson; and her brother Russell Glen Hanselman.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Swanson (Lisa) of Daphne, AL and Steve Swanson (Brenda) of Norton Shores, MI; her brother Ronald Hanselman; and her grandchildren, Angela Galloway (Damon), Ben Crain (Lindsey), Kelsie Coree (James), Emily Girdler (Matt), Erik Swanson, Jenna Blythe (Matthew), Kristofer Swanson (Jillyn) and Nickolas Swanson (Leah). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
