With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Lou Scott of Attica, Indiana, born in West Lebanon, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy T. Goodrick and Lola Goodrick (Pearson); and her siblings, Margaret DeSutter, Irene Oakley, Richard, Tom and Ernest "Spud" Goodrick.
She is survived by: her husband Carl "Scottie" E. Scott; her daughters, Teal Briles (Larry) and Leah Helms (David); her grandsons, Kris Kirby (Kristen), Travis Kirby, Hesston Helms (Katelyn), Hayden Helms (Cassidy) and Holden Helms (Erin); her stepgrandchildren, Tony Briles (Aimee), Andy Briles (Jan) and Shannon Holen (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Addi Kirby, Blaine Kirby, Harrison Kirby, Camden Kirby, Shay Helms, Colton Helms, Madi Helms, Brynlee Helms, Hudson Helms, Sawyer Helms and Jaxon Helms.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sterling Christian Church (701 S Sterling Ave, Veedersburg, IN 47987).
