He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Lyon and Annette Lyon (Dinsmore); and his brothers, John "Gus" Lyon and Don F. Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Don Lyon (Kathie) and Chad Lyon (Chris Ginter); his pet Indy; and his grandson John F. Lyon.
