He was predeceased by: his sister Joanna Leath Ruhlman. He is survived by: his daughters, Joanna Leath Williams (Brad) of Chapel Hill, NC and Jennifer Leath of Jasper, IN; and his grandchildren, John Gladden, Jeffery Gladden, Katherine Williams of Elizabeth City, NC and Samantha Williams of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather and brother.
