He is survived by: his mother-in-law Brenda Clark; his wife Sally Ann Jenkins; his children, Jamie C. Newlin and Amanda K. Newlin; his brothers, Harry Newlin of Perrysville, IN, William Newlin of Veedersburg, IN and A. J. Spangler (Tammy) of Cold Water, AL; and his grandsons, Kinley Sizemore Jr. and Gage Ryan Carpenter.
