He is survived by: his mother Joy Lynn Blankenship of Attica; his siblings, Brandon Vann of Norfolk, VA, Shawna and Victoria Vann of Chesapeake, VA; his grandmother Ellen Vann of Chesapeake, VA; his nephews, Brayden Kirby and David McCartney; his niece Jalynn Kirby; and his cousin Austin Blankenship.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to defray expenses.
