He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Opal and Dessie Leota Green (Kingen). He is survived by: his wife Paulette Sue "Inky" Faulkner; his children, Lori Green (Roger Lampton) of Richland, NC, Cassandra "Cassie" Anderson (Roy) and Terry Green; his sisters, Priscilla Calvert of Rockville, IN and Sue Taylor; and his grandchildren, Kayla Green (Joe Conard), Tristan Green (Elizabeth), Amanda Rhodes (John), Todd Green, Kelsey Buchanan (Morgan) and Cory Anderson (Renae). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
