She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie William and Marjorie Ann Addler (Bruton); and her stepdaughter Michelle Harvey. She is survived by: her daughter Tiffany Smith; her stepchildren, Richelle Harkrider (Rick), Shannon Lopez (Julio), Harold Edward Smith III (Rachel), Jessica Diaz (José) and Isaac Smith (Brandle); her siblings, Shelley Jones of Crawfordsville, Jackie Douglas of Crawfordsville and Steve Addler; and her nieces and nephews, Brandy Purcell, Briana Cox, Chris Hinkle, Joshua Jones, Emmett Jones, Jarson Rater and Kyrin Cox.
