He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly S. Simmons (Best); and his nephew Jacob Simmons. He is survived by: his father Delbert P. Simmons of Attica; his wife Tiffany S. Jordan; his children, Chauncie Pepmeier (Clint) of Avon, IN and Dalton Simmons; his stepchildren, Marley Jean of Attica and Harley Jordan of Attica; and his siblings, Leroy Simmons (Sharon Bailey) and Sheila Waters (Landus). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Simmons family for expenses.
