He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr and Josie Slinker Sr. (West); his great grandchild Carissa Britt; his son Peter Eugene Slinker; and his siblings, Leon "Buck" Slinker, Ray Slinker Sr., Jack Slinker Jr., Robert L. Slinker, Pauline Bennett, Mildred Perrigo and Mary Haas.
He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn Burke; and his children, Robert "Bobby" William Slinker (Sybil), Lois Diane Britt of Attica, Clint "Herbie" H. Slinker Jr. (Veedersburg), David Ray Slinker (Sherry) of Virginia Beach, VA, Brett A. Slinker (Lafayette) and Jerry D. Slinker (Hillsboro). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 27 great great-grandchildren.
