She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert McGinnis and Naomi McGinnis; her husband Larry Lee Church; her grandson Adam Michael Church; and her nephew Todd Brian Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Church of Oxford Indiana and Dana Marie Clute (Kirk Husband) of Oxford Indiana; her grandchildren, Ryan George Church and Marie Ann Clute Of; and her great grandchildren, Lucain Church of Murray Utah and Anora Church of Murray Utah.
