He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Achenbach and Patricia Achenbach (Dunn); his mother-in-law Rosemary Coffeen; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Riddle and Lisa Achenbach; and his close friend Barbara Dee Sowers.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Achenbach (Coffeen); his siblings, Bonnie Riddle and Tommy Achenbach; his nieces and nephews, Jenna Burger (Zach), Sherry McCloud, Craig Riddle (Michelle), Joanna Plew (Ricky) and Jason Riddle (Heidi); his great-nieces, Harper, Memphis and Josie; and his close friend Bud Sowers.
