He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hunter and Nettie Hunter (Tudor); his wife Donna Marie Hunter (Haskell); his son Ted Hunter; his siblings, Charles Hunter, Lee Hunter, Joyce Moon, Martha Forsythe, Evelyn Hunter, Marjorie Hunter and Marie Hunter; and his granddaughter Harley Hunter.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Poindexter of Cicero, IN, Bec Hunter-Barnett of Cicero, IN, Cindy Cooper of Whitestown, IN, Jerry Hunter of Omega, IN and Brian Hunter of Atlanta, IN; his sister Viola Jones (Hunter Koker) of Kempton, IN.; and his grandchildren, Nick, Tracy, Wendy, Cory, Jamie, Dustin, Brittany, Lonnie, Rebecca, Cliffton, Teagan, Kade, Casey, Axle and Christian.
