He is survived by: his wife Kris Johnson of Atlanta; his nieces, Jill A. Allen (Sam) of North Carolina and Jennifer L. Matthews (Rob) of Colorado; his nephew Jay W. Johnson (Malinda) of North Carolina; his mother-in-law Audrey Peterson of Noblesville; and also, Drs and Sebastian Dohrmann.
