She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Murphy and Mary Winona Murphy (Hoyt); and her sister Cheryl Embry. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Allen Smith (Melissa) of Atlanta, IN and Rachelle Lynn Hays (Rey) of Atlanta, IN; her siblings, Donald Murphy of Indianapolis, IN, Jeff Murphy of Indianapolis, IN and Laura Bailey of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandsons, Joseph, Jacob and Jonathon. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
