He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira Lee Payne and Nannie Francis Payne (Phillips); his former wife Marcia Payne (Tuck); his wife Donna Payne (Morris); his son Eric Key (Christa); his grandsons, Nathan Key and Wyatt Key; his siblings, Elizabeth Scott (Steve) and Rick Payne (Carmen); his nieces, Jessie (Frank), Kirstin (Tony) and Kelsie; his great-nephews, Lincoln and Myles; his adoptive parents, Shaun, Nora and Kinley Privett; and his sister Sandy Payne. He was also cherished by his wife, son and grandkids.
Memorial Donations in Lee's honor can be made to the Humane Society of Tipton, as well as the 4-H Shooting Sports of Tipton County.
