He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Gene Elder. He is survived by: his mother Esther Louise Nelson of Sullivan, IL; his daughter Jessika Louise Elder of Harrisburg, IL; his brothers, James Elder of Sullivan, IL and Howard Elder of Decatur, IL; and his grandchildren, Kaisyn Jo and Kaige River.
