He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Webb and Lola May Webb (Stern); and his sister Mary Alice Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Frances Jean Lively Webb (Jeanie) of Atlanta, IN; his brother Donald Webb of Rensselaer, IN; and his stepchildren, Lanae Campbell of Atlanta, IN, Kyle J. Lively of Tipton, IN, Monte Lively of Atlanta, IN and Lyndon Lively of Atlanta, IN. He is also survived by eleven step-grandchildren and nine step great-grandchildren.
